| Project Overview |

An all hands meeting in which Corporate Interior Solutions’ sales representatives meet with client’s project manager to discuss the complete overview of the project. Topics covered include:
- Schedules
- Deliver dates
- Milestones
- Involvement of other subs
- Fulfilling insurances requirements
- Special needs (e.g. insurance certificates, site requirements, equipment, etc.

| Soft Schedule |

Internal deadlines are scheduled based on factors such as site conditions and availability, furniture manufacturing, and nature. |

| Hard Schedule |
| |
|
Once the client confirms the start date, a hard schedule is created, complete with all milestones. |

| Resource Allocations |
| |
|
Internal resources are allocated and assigned. These include:
- Appointing a foreman.
- Reviewing the overall project plans and particulars.
- Performing a job site survey, which includes meeting with the general contractor, determining what equipment and specialty tools are needed, creating floor layouts, and site preparation.
- Obtaining and allocating all necessary equipment.

| Quality Control |

Quality control runs through every step of the project and includes:
- Site visits by the Operations Director to ensure every aspect of the project meets Corporate Interior Solutions’ standards.
- Ensure all aspects of the project are on schedule.
- Ensure that project installation meets manufacturer’s specifications.
- Inspect job site to ensure safe conditions.

The Corporate Interior Solutions Installation Manager ensures that everything is being done as contracted and personally provides the client with regular project status updates on:
- Installation
- Additions and delays.

No project is complete until the client is satisfied. The Corporate Interior Solutions Foreman, client Project Manager (PM), and end user participate in a through walk-thru to ensure furniture and end user participate in a thorough walk-thru to ensure furniture and equipment are installed correctly, with proper placement, the correct finishes, and full product functionality.
- End user signs off the client’s paperwork
- PM signs off Corporate Interior Solutions’ completion form.
